private pilates, semi-private, and bodywork sessions

DBP requires 48-hour notice for any cancellations or changes to private, semi-private and bodywork session appointments. Clients who give less than 48 hours notice, or who are “no shows” will be charged a late fee in the amount of the session. The late fee will be waived if client reschedules within four business days.

Rescheduling during that period is not guaranteed and will depend on availability. Clients can have one late fee waived per calendar year.

class and open studio
DBP requires 24-hour notice for class or Open Studio session cancellations. Clients who give less than 24 hours notice, or who are “no shows” will be charged a late fee in the amount of the session.

workshops
While workshops are sliding scale, we do ask that you give DBP 48 hour notice if you’ve made a reservation and are not able to attend your scheduled workshop. This opens space for others to attend, and for DBP maximize funds raised to help fund guest teacher stipends.
